I'm currently a student pursuing my bachelor's degree in adolescent and young adult integrated mathematics at Capital University. While a student, I've had the opportunity to serve as a peer academic tutor. I've also been a supplemental instruction leader where my responsibilities included orchestrating study sessions outside of the corresponding class. My tutoring style is founded on the premise that each student is unique, so I work hard to ensure my curriculum bends to each student's strengths. My lesson plans are tailored to fit my students' learning abilities to help foster their confidence in their problem-solving abilities. I pride myself on being patient with my students. And, I'm able to sympathize with their struggles while guiding them to help them understand the material. I'm adept at teaching algebra, calculus, geometry, math, trigonometry, and pre-algebra. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy catching up with friends, going to the movies, traveling, and learning anything about math. I am currently a resident of Bexley, Ohio.
